I encounter Prioritization Phases by ordering the backlkog based on business value, the complexity and the project dependancies. I am expert on Sprint planning, I ensure the definition of work to be completed during sprint, and I select top-priority items to be assigned to appropiate team members. I lineup the Project Execution, monitor and adjust. I enable review sessions and retrospectives, lineup metrics and analitics, and update backlog.
